General Rental Conditions

Cancellation of Reservations and No Show

  • Reservations withOnline Payment are non-refundable but may be used at a later date than originally reserved (12 months of validity), as long as the change is made through the customer service center 48 hours before the reserved date to pick up the car for rent. Any modification on the dates, destination or category may generate additional costs depending on the current fare of the requested destination in the corresponding period.
  • Reservations withOnline Payment do not apply refunds if the customer does not show up to collect the Auto Rental. (No Show)
  • There are no refunds for delivering the car in advance.
  • Reservations withOnline Payment do not apply refunds if the client does not present any of the requirements mentioned in the rental policies and conditions.

Rental Policies and Conditions

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of signing a contract for the security deposit (10% of the value of the car, this deposit varies according to the Insurance / Coverage contracted and your card will be blocked by the amount determined by the lessor) whose date Issuance exceeds one year. At the end of the contract the guarantee is returned.
  • The payment method at the end of the rental may be in cash, or credit card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Banamex, BBVA Bancomer, Banorte, Santander, HSBC and Scotiabank).
  • Mandatory driver's license, if the document has expired, $ 150.00 MXN per day plus 16% VAT will be charged.
  • Valid official identification (IFE / INE or Passport).
  • Minimum age of the driver: 18 years.
  • Drivers under 25 have an additional charge of $ 125 MXN per day + taxes.
  • Rate includes unlimited mileage.
  • Most of our vehicles are equipped with electric locks, power control and AM / FM radio.
  • The photographs on the Web, such as brands and models shown are illustrative. Vehicles can only be booked by category (ACRISS), unless the availability of a specific model has been confirmed normally, however, Deal Mobility Rent a Car guarantees only the reserved category. All groups and categories shown may not be available at all Deal Mobility Rent a Car locations.
  • In case of not finding the available car at the time of making the contract, another car of the same category will be assigned, if there is no other car in the same category, a car of the higher category than the one reserved will be offered at no cost.
  • In the event of an accident, the client will have the responsibility to report the accident immediately to the rental office or to the assistance telephone numbers and duly sign the accident report at the end of the rental, otherwise the coverage will be invalid and the corresponding amount will be charged assessed damage directly to the client.
  • In case the client does not respect the clauses of the lease contract that I sign in the office where the car was delivered, the coverage or insurance sold will be void.
  • The units must be returned in normal conditions at the end of the lease.
  • Any missing gasoline and damages will be charged in addition to the rent.
