The credit card is an indispensable requirement to rent a car with Deal Mobility Rent a Car or any other car rental company. However, there is the possibility of presenting the credit card of a relative or friend who is present during the opening of the contract
If you decide to use the plastic of a third party that is not with you at the time of picking up the car, the cardholder must commit to moving to one of our offices located in different parts of Mexico, presenting the following requirements:
We recommend that the credit card you use to make the payment of your reservation, be the same as the one you present when collecting the car for the guarantee. If it is not the same credit card, consider that a verification charge will be made for 10 MXN to confirm that the card that will be left under guarantee is active, which will be returned the next day
NOTE: The credit card must be issued by a banking institution, departmental credit cards are not accepted, they must contain relief (be personalized) and have at least one year of being issued. In the event that the card used is corporate, it must have the aforementioned characteristics and the holder must present it at the time of picking up the vehicle or before at any of our offices within the Mexican Republic.

The minimum age to rent a car with Deal Mobility Rent a Car is 18 years, however those with an age less than 25 years are considered as a minor driver, so an additional amount per driver is generated less than $ 125 MXN + taxes per day.
The maximum age to rent a car with Deal Mobility Rent a Car is 69 years.
The maximum number of additional drivers you can add to your reservation is 3. Each additional driver has a cost of $ 125 MXN + taxes per day.
Baby seats, GPS and Mobile WiFi are considered extras and generate an additional charge on your reservation. These extras are requested in offices and are subject to availability.
At the moment it is not possible to cross the country's borders with the rental car of Deal Mobility Rent a Car.

For any modification to your reservation or contract you must contact our reservation team at (800) 062 1705.
Withholdings for guarantee are released at the time of closing the contract, receiving a cancellation voucher indicating that the guarantees have been released.
Although the release is immediate at the end of the contract, some banking institutions do not immediately reflect the unlocking of the guarantee. In these cases you should contact our reservation team and request a release letter stating that Deal Mobility Rent a Car has made the release, leaving the bank the responsibility to return and / or reflect that amount.
Deal Mobility Rent a Car offers rates that already include basic insurance to rent a car so it is not necessary to purchase and / or use third-party coverage to replace those that already include the basic rate
